I remember seeing Lisa Gifford’s real estate signs go up in my neighborhood often as “Coming Soon”. It seemed as quickly as those signs went up there was a “Sold” sign to follow in what seemed like record speed. When it was time to sell our house, I called Lisa Gifford.

Lisa showed up at our door well prepared. She had already done a well-planned market analysis and was ready to listen to our needs and expectations. We went with Lisa that very day. When our house was finally on the market, we had multiple offers above list price. Lisa offered invaluable advice on how to review those offers and make the best decision.

Several years later we called on Lisa again to help sell an investment property. Once again, she went above and beyond. This time we were out of state. Lisa was exceptional when it came to managing this transaction–she even staged our home while we were out of town. The house sold over the weekend, once again with multiple offers coming in above list price.

Lisa Gifford, real estate guru extraordinaire, is one of the most knowledgeable, market-savvy, and innovative agents my husband Neil and I have ever worked with. Her ability to actively listen to our home "type" needs and her thoroughness to deliver results are unparalleled. Lisa selectively chose several existing homes for us to consider for the build out- all of which would have been great fits. She found the perfect home where we could turn the downstairs living room, bath & bedroom into a mother-in-law suite which we needed for Neil's mom. The home she found us had the perfect layout, an amazing yard, AND was in a central location for our commute. Not only is it a dream house, but one we've loved, entertained in, created cherished family traditions, and cared for my mother-in-law.

We've worked with Lisa for the last ten years on two home purchases and one sale. The first with the challenge of housing our family of four boys in a school boundary neighborhood. Given the seller's market, her responsiveness to show homes coming onto the market, but ones coming soon onto the market resulted in us finding a home within three weeks. This first home was the perfect cal-de-sac neighborhood to raise our boys. And when we had to sell it, she did so in 1 1/2 weeks for 18% over our asking price.

In summary, her industry knowledge astounds me- whether it's what to negotiate, home warranty options, how to price compared to market value, or referrals for repair services, she is resourceful, competent, and always direct. In today's market, responsiveness, market/area knowledge, support services, and competence to purchase the best value or sell for top dollar- you need a trustworthy agent who will partner with you.
