After two other financial institutions dragged a client around for MONTHS only to reject him at the 11th hour due to not being a typical finance situation, I recalled that Christina Cutolo once made a comment at a meeting about how she loves to find solutions for the atypical situations and how she loves a challenge. So, I spoke with Christina, gave her the details and the long and short of it is this: when the other lenders realized there was an obstacle ahead, they turned and ran; when Christina heard there was an obstacle, she said, “hold my beer.” Christina immediately rolled her sleeves up, started researching, making calls, and got back to me that she “could do it.” AND SHE DID – CLIENT CLOSED!
