I can't begin to describe how wonderful my experience was working with Tricia. She exemplifies what it is to be proficient in her area of expertise, professional, and courteous. Communication was constant, clear, and concise every step of the way. There were countless instances during this process where I was confused or unfamiliar and Tricia immediately explained everything to me removing any doubts or confusion I had.
I inadvertently caused undue stress but Tricia remained not only professional but also supportive. The escrow process can be very daunting for someone who has no understanding of it but Tricia really went the extra mile to make me feel confident everything was handled perfectly. This was a 21 day escrow that was handled seamlessly by Trisha Richie. She was on task every step of the way and even though “Time” was not on our side for the closing we had everything we needed (thanks to Trisha) Absent pressure or last minute flurries. This escrow involved document prep & title transfer given the additional fact that the property was in a trust. This was not a problem Trisha, in fact her knowledge and professional guidance was extremely helpful to the family and the closing. I recommend this office and particularly this escrow officer for anyone doing business. Honestly the more complicated things became the more she keep at ease and in doing so provided reassurance at a time and most needed.
