I was introduce toTom by my family , at the same time I was working with another loan broker that I was told they can get me the loan, but after collecting my financial information , they told me I only qualified for half the amount I was asking for without 2 years of tax returns to proof my income. I would rather wait 2 years if that was the case because i had plans for the amount I was asking for. With that said, I was already a bit discourage from my previous loan brokers but I call Tom anyways because I thought I get another opinion. After talking to Tom, I was skeptical on the conversation with him , so i just play along and see. Now that Tom got me the loan I requested for, I want to share my experience why Tom was the best loan broker I had. I was fortunate that I found Tom, he made getting my loan easy as it can be, just drop the requested document in a secure box that he set up and he takes care of the rest. Tom was very professional thought out the whole process of getting my loan, he was responsive and informative with all the material presented to me. I already knew from other loan brokers before calling Tom that getting this loan was difficult, but Tom on the contrary , got me a loan much larger than I requested with a very low interested rate, he was patient with my difficult loan and he had ways to get around and solves problems. I really appreciate Tom’s professional service and his knowledge in the trade. I will without a doubt use Tom again in the future.

Tom was great. I was referred to him by a loan officer from a big bank who handled my last refi (big bank/jumbo/relationship apr deal). I had actually just completed a loan rate mod bc I didn’t want to deal with a full refi during covid, but rates kept dropping so decided to ask around. Anyways now that I had done a rate mod 3 mo prior, and my loan was no longer jumbo, the big banks seemed to not be able to offer better than my existing rate. Tom took a look at my situation and said he could do a little better but that honestly it wouldn’t be worth the cost. He said to just wait and keep checking. A few weeks later, he calls and says he can do a no cost refi and lower my rate 0.5%. no brainer. It took a bit longer bc of the high volume of loan activity due to record rates, but It was a done deal. Actually, bc it took longer I locked a bit later and got an even lower rate. I would use Tom again.
