I actually walked up to John due to my other lender not giving me transparency and not having urgency with a home I was looking to get pre qualified for that I was in fear I would lose due to the market turning (2 weeks and counting).
I asked John if he could help me - long story short he said “I will get you the BEST rate - & I will EARN your business”
Case closed for me.
But even better - he followed allll the way through. My situation was very unique due to being a 1099 employee also utilizing a s corp & filing taxes Same time while qualifiying for the home.
