Sara and Homa went above and beyond to help my family find our perfect home. We were nervous about the whole experience, and other realtors tried to push contracts and timelines on us. In stark contrast, Sara and Homa met with us at a time convenient for our family and asked us what we were looking for in a home. They went through several exercises to help us prioritize the things most important to us, and guided us to think about other variables that we hadn't yet considered. Subsequently Sara sent us example available homes via their excellent website, and we indicated the aspects we liked and didn't like. Sara listened patiently and encouraged us to take our time to find the perfect home for us (no frequent emails or calls to push us). When we found the home we love, Sara advocated for us end-to-end in the process. She attended all walk-throughs with us, worked closely with our home loan agent, guided us through the closing process, and remains in-touch to help us with the transition into our new home. We couldn't have asked for a more positive experience with such a friendly, non-stressful, and professional team!

That was great experience working with Sara and Homa! I bought my dream house in less than a month that is unbelievable in the Bay area market. They were very responsive, supportive, and they helped me from the beginning (referring to a loan agent) all though the closing. I learned from them that the key point in buying a house in a very competitive market is to be consistent in home search and act fast while getting as much as information that you can about home status, market, school quality, and neighborhood quality .
