Mark listed and sold my house which had been a rental property for a couple of years. He was very helpful in making suggestions on what I should do to fix it up in order to get it listed and sold quickly, but was also mindful that I didn't want to invest a fortune in upgrades either. Mark also had a stager come in and do some minor staging while my renters were still there to fill in the gaps which helped to make it show better; we were able to get good brochure pictures from this as well. We had a couple of deals that fell through on the buyer's side, not ours, which was disappointing for me - Mark remained positive and continued to do showings and open houses until we found the right buyer. As a side note, the buyer ended up being someone Mark met with at one of his open houses! Mark is always on time (usually early), professional, responsive, a good negotiator & he is a native of Colorado which I think provides him with a great advantage. I would definitely recommend Mark if you are looking to sell your home!!!

Sherry was extremely helpful and patient with us as first-time home buyers. She explained the pros and cons of purchasing either a townhouse and/or a house because we were not sure which type of property we would want to buy. When we went into the process, we were sure we wanted a townhouse, but as we started looking, we realized purchasing a house might be more of what we really wanted. Eventually we decided to purchase a house with her assistance. The process was smooth and Sherry was on top of everything as we moved forward. We moved into our house in June and have enjoyed every minute of it. We can't thank Sherry enough for everything she did for us.
