Louis did an EXCELLENT job selling our house in the Bay Area while our family had relocated to Los Angeles. He handled quotes from vendors for an AC/Heating unit, landscaping, and managed all details of the projects. He is very knowledgeable and was very responsive. He was patient with us as we asked a million questions regarding the selling process. He also helped us navigate an eviction with tenants that refused to move out. Our family is extremely grateful to Louis for all his great work! We would definitely recommend him!

This is the second time that we have utilized Louis to sell one of our properties. Another great experience as we sold this property in about a week. Louis will be the only agent that we will ever use going forward. If you are in the process of locating an agent as a seller or buyer, you would be well served if you have Louis represent you.

Louis was awesome, we worked with him over the summer (2022) to get our condo ready to be placed on the market, which we were able to do. We then were able to sell our condo with his guidance and expertise. He made the whole thing as painless and organized as possible, and always got back to us quickly to answer any questions or concerns that we had. We were then able to find a house and purchase our new home in only a few weeks after the sale of our condo.
Overall a 5 star rating, we definitely recommend working with Louis!
