Realty World Adams & Associates, Inc.
I have been involved in the real estate industry since 1987. I started in property management in Lexington, KY. I moved to San Diego where I was an on-site property manager. In 1993, I became a relocation agent and helped people from all over the world relocate to San Diego. Families rented units sight unseen based on my recommendations. I was extremely diligent in matching their needs with the properties best suited to their situation. For personal reasons, I moved back to KY. I worked at Lexington Housing Authority helping low-income families with limited housing options. In 2005, I transferred to Kentucky Housing Corporation. I was part of the Safe Havens program, helping homeless families throughout the state with affordable housing. These families were the most vulnerable in KY, suffering from mental illness, chronic homelessness, victims of domestic violence, and homeless families with children. Unfortunately, the funds for the program dwindled. I became the rental market analyst for the Section 8-HCV program. I maintained a comparable rental market database of 2300 rental units of all types across KY. I negotiated contract rents with landlords. I am very knowledgeable about the rental market, especially in the central KY area. I have spent my career helping others from all walks of life with housing needs. Let me be your real estate professional and help you with your American dream.
