Belen did such a great job throughout the entire process of selling our current home and of buying our new home. We had a couple of hurdles selling our home, no fault of our own, but Belen was able to guide us through the ordeal and keep us informed with any updated status. There are simply not enough words to say how highly my husband and I recommend Maria Zendejas and team. They handled every single part of the process of moving out of state with the utmost skill and effectiveness. She started by setting the right price for a quick sell, then as she promised, quickly began arranging for many qualified buyers to see our house. Next, she negotiated with the buyers and listened to our concerns and followed through with our requests. Once we had our buyers, then we started the process of moving in earnest. We needed to pack, trash, donate, gift, or sell our nearly 40 years of accumulated household items, get a moving company, find someone to transport our cars, and on and on by our agreed upon date. It was a monumental task which we had usually done ourselves when we were much younger. As retirees with health considerations, we were overwhelmed. Maria and team helped us overcome each obstacle. Again, there are simply not enough words to say how highly I recommend Maria Zendejas and team.
