Gail did a wonderful and seamless job of marketing my father's house in record time and with minimal effort on my part. She also provided recommendations for maintenance and utility provisions as part of the selling of the home. I would definitely use Gail again for any realtor issues in Laurinburg.

New home owners
Gail was and IS terrific!. When the house we originally wanted had just been sold, she took our requests of what we were looking for and went to work immediately and found the old southern manse we were looking for, in the town we wanted, went out and took a ton of pictures since we were 1800 miles away, and helped us tirelessly to overcome so many hurdles that the previous owner placed. What a lady. We know we have our work cut out for us, but can't wait to get started on our home!!!! Thank you Gail, you are an outstanding lady.

Gail Bullard represented me with the purchasing of my new home. I found her to be a kind and caring person. Buying a home can be very stressful but she was my personal cheerleader. She informed me of everything that I needed to do to make my purchase go smoothly. She answered all my calls and questions in other words she was always available to me. I moved to a new area for me where I didn't know where anything was but she told me everyone that I need to talk to and where they were located. It was a joy to work with this young lady. I will be recommending her to anyone that needs a realtor that I come in contact with in the future. Excellent agent.
