Jack and Julia were recommended by our financial advisor. From the first meeting we knew we were in good hands. Jack listened to our concerns and gave us recommendations and guided us through the process of selling our home that really paid off! We packed up the house and moved to another state and Jack kept us informed daily of the work and improvements being completed. A couple of weeks later we had the first open house. It couldn't have gone any better! With Jack's advice and expertise, an offer was made and we accepted. Our house was sold in two weeks after that open house! Julia had all the documents ready for signing through DocuSign and the whole process went very smoothly. My husband and I highly recommend Jack and Julia. Jack and Julia recently helped us close on our first home purchase in Danville. Too many great things to say so I will keep my recommendation focused on my favorite story of this process, which I think is reflective of them as people.
There was a particular property we were about to visit when Jack walked around to the side and found a creek that we would not have spotted on our own - he pointed it out and suggested that we may not want a creek in that proximity to our toddlers, which we immediately agreed was a deal breaker for us. We felt like (1) he really understood what we were after and, (2) he would never put a sale ahead of our needs as a family.
Jack and Julia's reputation, experience, and integrity are the reasons we would choose to work with them again. Grateful that they were there to counsel us in purchasing a home that was on the market for only one weekend and received several offers!

Jack was immensely helpful in finding the right home for us. He walked us through the process, arranged multiple viewings and finally when we got an offer accepted, helped bring in all the right people (contractors, inspectors, etc) to make sure we were getting everything we wanted.
Jack and Julia helped us sell our house, a house that is unique in San Francisco, that would suit a very specific type of buyer. The sale of our house happened during the COVID pandemic, which made selling more challenging. The added bonus his wife handles the office end of things and no one cares more about his business then his wife. Jack is a man of his words, someone you can truly rely on when handling your real estate transactions. I first got to know Jack through a 1031 replacement property I was trying to buy. Jack was the listing agent and he ended up representing both sides. He did a great job coordinating the negotiation and performing all his duties, representing both sides equally and fairly. And when I had trouble getting the loan needed to close on time, he even managed to get me a loan to close last minute with preferable rates so my exchange is not jeopardized. And even after close of escrow, he kept his words in continuing to coordinate with the commercial tenant replacement and drafting up lease agreements with no extra charge. All I can say is this industry could really use more professional realtors like Jack! Thanks again for all your help!
