Jack and I met about 18 years ago when I was refinancing my house in Redwood City. Over the years we've conducted several real estate transactions, including purchasing an investment home for my church, selling the same property a few years later, selling my house and purchasing a new one, selling our church and purchasing another one. Each of these transactions went without a hitch, thanks to Jack's dedication to his profession. He is very personable, knows the real estate business in an out. Jack and Julia were recommended by our financial advisor. From the first meeting we knew we were in good hands. Jack listened to our concerns and gave us recommendations and guided us through the process of selling our home that really paid off! We packed up the house and moved to another state and Jack kept us informed daily of the work and improvements being completed. A couple of weeks later we had the first open house. It couldn't have gone any better! With Jack's advice and expertise, an offer was made and we accepted. Our house was sold in two weeks after that open house! Julia had all the documents ready for signing through DocuSign and the whole process went very smoothly. My husband and I highly recommend Jack and Julia. Jack was immensely helpful in finding the right home for us. He walked us through the process, arranged multiple viewings and finally when we got an offer accepted, helped bring in all the right people (contractors, inspectors, etc) to make sure we were getting everything we wanted.
Jack and Julia helped us sell our house, a house that is unique in San Francisco, that would suit a very specific type of buyer. The sale of our house happened during the COVID pandemic, which made selling more challenging. Jack and Julia knew what to do, how to do it, were creative, flexible, intelligent in their approach, focused, worked very hard, and helped us with the myriad of challenges in selling and moving out of a home that we had lived in for 25 years. They also helped us with finding a place to rent, and through the challenges of downsizing to fit our new space. When I told him we wanted this house he did am analysis of the amount it would appraise for and with that information we were confident that we were not over paying. What makes him an incredible realtor is his level of expertise he is the only person that I will blindly sign a docu sign. The added bonus his wife handles the office end of things and no one cares more about his business then his wife. You literally get two experts working to make sure you get into your new property seamlessly. Jack has also purchased and renovated so many properties he knows what you can and can’t do to a property and uses all his referral sources to assist you in getting it done. Jack is a man of his words, someone you can truly rely on when handling your real estate transactions. I first got to know Jack through a 1031 replacement property I was trying to buy. Jack was the listing agent and he ended up representing both sides. He did a great job coordinating the negotiation and performing all his duties, representing both sides equally and fairly. And when I had trouble getting the loan needed to close on time, he even managed to get me a loan to close last minute with preferable rates so my exchange is not jeopardized. And even after close of escrow, he kept his words in continuing to coordinate with the commercial tenant replacement and drafting up lease agreements with no extra charge. All I can say is this industry could really use more professional realtors like Jack! Thanks again for all your help!

Jack & Julia are an awesome team. They were referred to us by a family member and I am so glad we moved forward with them.
