I'm so glad that I knew her previously because we felt ,immediately, better dealing with her. In addition she is just a very good person. She took us through the process with a lot of care and integrity. She was good in communicating with us. She understood that we were rookies and explained what we needed to know and how we were to proceed to get the best result. And it was clear that she worked for our best interests. She has a great sense of humor and is someone I consider a friend. Look forward to continued involvement with her.

Cherie is a real go getter! She did a great job for us and I would recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling a home. Cherie in my opinion is one of the best in the game. She is 100% on your side from beginning to end. Cherie answers your questions usually before you even know to ask them She is understanding and helpful and helps you to be more comfortable with the biggest investment in your life. Cherie helped me find and purchase my first home. Since then my (now) husband and I have sold that home, as well as his former home and purchased another all with Cherie and she's worth her weight in gold. Cherie has a tremendous amount of experience and gives the kind of feedback that only a sharp and seasoned agent could. She is quick to respond to any contact and always has a resource if you have a problem. She acts proactively on every step of the process and does a very thorough job. I have always been struck by the way that Cherie constantly looked out for me and my best interest as if I were her own family. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

Cherie is absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond for her clients. We used her services as both buyers and sellers. The transition of selling our home from across the country was absolutely flawless due to Cheri's attention to detail, hard work and dedication to her clients. Many times Cheri went out of her way to meet with contractors, check on our home and tie up loose ends for us. There is no way we could have done this without her expertise. She pulled many late nights writing up contracts with our buyer and ALWAYS met deadlines. I cannot recommend Cheri enough for buyers and sellers.
