Deborah was recommended to us by a friend of a friend. They told us she worked hard to sell 2 properties for them even though the value was not high. We had the same result. Our house is and under $200k property. She listed and treated us like it was over $350k. It showed like 10 times in the first week and we had an offer within 2 weeks of listing. She helped us through the negotiations back and forth about price verses repairs. Oh did I mention we never met in person! We had already relocated to GA when we were ready to sell. Deborah helped organize the cleaning crew and handymen for repairs.
