Charlene was absolutely amazing and made the house-buying process that easier than I could possibly imagine. She was very prompt with any responses or concerns. I feel she always had my best interests in mind. She was always very pleasant and thorough. I can't say enough nice things about her! After already having bought a house prior to this and I can tell you that this was by far a much better experience!

Charlene went above and beyond in her work of selling our home recently. She put in many hours doing multiple open houses. She was very knowledge and accommodating while I was constantly calling her for advice and answers, answering my calls at all hours of the day/night or getting back to me immediately thereafter. If she wasn't positive of the best answer, she would find someone most knowledgeable on the particular subject in question and return an answer promptly. Charlene took much of the stress out of a very stressful life event, putting my mind at ease with her confidence and professionalism in the field. I do believe that if it had not been for Charlene, her persistence, dedicated work ethic and strong-willed personality, that our house would not have sold as quickly at the selling price. I would definitely recommend Charlene Marasco to anyone in need of selling their home.
