I came across David at various open houses throughout the years while looking to buy a home for myself. His professionalism and knowledge always stuck out to me and I kept his information handy should the time ever come when I would need his services. When it came time to sell my parents home, I called David. He came by that same day to look at it and we discussed a selling plan. Within days the home was sold. David was on top of everything every step of the way. Over the last few years I have noticed that brokers have become certified "home showers" and they don't offer much after contracts are signed. Not David, he stayed involved throughout the entire process and helped facilitate the deal with phone calls and involvement which is what differentiates him from other brokers out there.
