My wife and I are buying our first home, and we were very lucky to find Tom. I feel that there is probably no better RE agent in NY. Tom has our best interests at heart -- for example, he'll always tells you when something helps or hurts the resale value. He's also very knowledgeable -- we learned a lot about home maintenance just by looking at the houses with him, because he explained every aspect when we had questions about things like heating systems, ventilation, garbage disposal, etc. Thirdly, Tom seems to always go the extra mile. He made a lot of calls and legwork for us when he didn't necessarily need to, such as to get quotes on fixes. Also, it feels like he's always available -- he'll always call you back very quickly, and we never felt like we had to keep following up on something -- he'd have it covered. In short.. we very highly recommend Tom.
