The market is hopping in a competitive market. Prior, we had used Eric Gebauer to sell our home last summer. He recommended us to David, as he was very busy on the seller side.
We were on a tight budget and we were looking to shop smart. David was very patient with us and drove all over creation to look at houses for us and with us. At one point he even offered to go into neighborhoods that we had interest in and go door to door and ask if anyone was in the market to sell. He is very knowledgeable about things to be concerned with on a property. He is very honest and hardworking. He went above and beyond the “call of realtor duty”and sent us articles on how to fix a few things that he knew we needed to do.
Even though we bought fairly inexpensively and his commission was not large, never once did I feel like that reflected on the service he provided. As a matter of fact, he tried very hard to keep us in budget even though we could go higher. Low pressure, honest, hardworking guy.
