We have been extremely pleased with Team Petruzzi and in particular with Mary. Our home sold during a very difficult time with the Covid 19 virus but during that time Mary was able to run a couple of open houses and we had a steady stream of potential buyers. Very pleased that Mary had the know-how to get our home "out there" to a larger population of potential buyers by effectively utilizing the internet to showcase our home.

If your looking to Buy or Sell then Mary is definitely the Realtor for you! My family recently decided to sell our lake home at Heritage Lake. We contacted 3 local realtors in the area including Mary. We were very impressed with marketing plan and her energy! Needless to say the home sold after the first showing inline with her research and pricing of the home! Mary is great to work with and her energy and communication are second to none. From finding exactly what I was looking for and also went to homes that I picked out that weren’t the best, to finding the mortgage companies or banks that dealt with the crazy places I wanted to buy. (Foreclosures and rehab homes). All around great guy!!!

I was most impressed early on when he helped us make the decision not to buy a house we really wanted. Rather than looking at the sale, he was looking out for our best interests - something you do not find very often.
