After a couple of months working so hard to get my first mortgage approval, I have to recognize that Mr Molina took a central role throughout this recent experience as a first home buyer. My husband and I are first time home buyers. We worked with Edwin for close to 2 years. Edwin reached out weekly and monthly to let us know about houses for sale that were not listed. My husband is very picky and Edwin had all the patience in the world to deal with him. Edwin is honest, informative, patient, understanding, and always communicated back to us quickly.
