I am born and raised in Cornwall on Hudson and have two grown sons and 2 grandchildren. Have been active in my Board of Realtors as a past Director for 8 years and currently serve on various committees for Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors. Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Newburgh, NY.
I have purchased multiple properties with Kathy and have been pleased every time! Kathy is a strait shooter that knows the business well. She understands the local markets and their pricepoints and guided me accordingly. I even pursued some short sale properties with her and was very pleased how smoothly the process went as short sales are usually very tricky!

I had contacted several realtors in my area when I was ready to put my house on the market. Kathy was the last realtor that I met so I had a good idea and baseline of what I was looking for. Based on the other interviews I had had with other realtors, Kathy was "exactly" what I was looking for. She was knowledgeable of the area and had an intuitive mind with regard to pricing a home to sell based on the comp analysis of the other homes. She presented herself professionally and made both my wife and I very comfortable and "at ease". The sale of our home was "flawless", in part thanks to Kathy staying on top of all matters and loose ends that needed resolution.
