LAUREN was positively the most important asset in selling my home. She is so knowledgeable of the ins and outs of the real estate sales process from advise on small fixes in the house for better curb appeal, bringing a prospective serious buyer who actually bought my home, closing the deal. She is top notch with the details too. She was so diligent with the process which I especially appreciated as I live out of state. She is particularly familiar with the Balmville area an has a great ability to understand what people need. My exclusive with Lauren paid off on so many levels. Great experience working with Lauren. It was a difficult challenge renting my one-bedroom out, due to the specific co-op rules and guidelines that we had to follow. Throughout the whole thing, she kept a positive attitude and kept working hard to make sure that we found the right tenant. She is a true, hard-working professional with a great amount of knowledge. Highly recommend.

I know all 5 stars seems a bit unreal...but she really was that awesome I'd give her 6 stars if I could. She knew the ins and outs of the process very well not to mention she was on point with the bargaining and paperwork end of it as well. She would also do her best to get information when I could not.I would highly recommend her and will use her again in the future if needed

Lauren is lovely to work with! Knowledgeable, honest and energetic. She listened to what we were looking for and gave us great advice. Great communicator and really cares about her clients and their outcomes. She helped us navigate through some issues with the sellers title. And she helped us find a home we could purchase through a USDA loan and negotiate closing costs with the sellers to free up money for needed renovations.
