I have been an Associate Broker for 12 years, first with MDM Realty and for the last 9 years I am proud to be Associated with RE/MAX Benchmark Realty Group. I am an experienced, knowledgeable agent to loves what I do! I'm a current member of New York State Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, Inc., Orange County Chamber of Commerce, and Orange County Multiple Listing Service.

I work in all areas of Orange County but speciialize in the Cornwall, New Windsor, Newburgh and Washingtonville areas.

Linda goes above and beyond the agent that takes a listing and then hopes for the best. Linda took on the challenge of listing a property for a brother and sister each living in different states and each being 50% owner. Additionally the property was tenant occupied. Not the usual seller scenario but Linda tackled it without reservation. She answered questions and addressed concerns in a timely manner and completed "leg work" for the sellers as they could not be on site. Linda worked with the tenant in finding another place to live and then checked up on them after they moved. Linda worked with the sellers' attorney and the buyer's agent to make sure the sale came off without a hitch. If you want an agent that works for you then Llinda is your person!

My husband and I happily recommend Linda Chevallier to be your real estate agent. Linda was readily available to assist us. Linda listened to what we wanted and provided listings that were in our budget. Linda was very accommodating to our schedule by setting appointments at night or weekends. Linda is extremely knowledgeable about the areas we looked in. When we found a house, Linda worked with the Seller’s broker to arrange access to the house for inspections, asking questions, etc. Linda made finding a house less intimidating and enjoyable.

Linda understood our taste within a very short period working with her. What we thought could be a 2 year process turned into a 3 month process as she showed us exactly the home of our dreams in a very short period of time.
Her advice during negotiation was spot on.
