I don't know of anything more stressful than selling your house, especially while planning a cross-country move. Thanks to Suzanne Sweeney that stress was not so overwhelming. Even before we had Suzanne into our home to "interview" her as an agent, we knew we were going to go with her. Her record and recommenders were really all we needed. After having over 20 showings our first weekend we came out with 3 offers at asking price or above. As we discussed our options with Suzanne she shed some light on both the good and bad of each option and then left the final decision in our hands. Yes, we took an offer above asking but decided not to take the highest offer due to potential pitfalls. Once we were in "contract" Suzanne was like a lion (a petite one) making sure all of our paperwork was together and communicated quickly with anything that we had to do to expedite the closing of the home and even offer to do some legwork herself.

When it comes to selling your home you definitely want Suzanne to be your listing agent. She is always available. Always professional. And, always honest.
