I contacted Kinga when I considered moving to Florida. She was unusually helpful, taking photos of my house, and explaining each step so I easily understood. KInga is honest, considerate, and by far the best realtor I've had the pleasure of meeting. Eventually I decided I couldn't bear Florida's heat. After all the work and time put in, Kinga was nevertheless as gracious as ever. I have already recommended her to everyone I know who's selling a house. Last but not least, Kinga sold a house in my community for the highest price ever. Other realtors were trying to sell that same house for less. I am glad I didn't move to the Florida heat, and even more glad that I considered it. Otherwise I wouldn't have met Kinga.
