I love my home alot and wouldn't be in it if it wasn't for Carmen Ray. For starters Carmen was very patient with me and the buying process, answering all my questions. We would view homes and Carmen would actually point our flaws and things that may need to be fixed. This made me as the buyer feel cared about and I knew Carmen had my best interest at heart not just a quick sale. Carmen was always available to show me homes and worked with my busy schedule nicely. Carmen also helped me with the bank and went completely above and beyond for me as bank didn't know what they were doing. I honestly cannot recommend Carmen enough. Our 203k loan process was long and tedious, however, having Carmen as our realtor made all the difference. From start to finish she was always available and willing to go the extra mile to try to make the process as smooth as possible. She was able to recommend an amazing loan officer, and various other professionals we would need to have renovations done on our house, and beyond that, she was consistently able to reassure us when things were moving slowly, and also knew when the ball needed a little nudge to get back on track. She’s an incredibly asset and just an easy to work with, conscientious person who will make your home-buying experience one you’ll be satisfied with.

Carmen was great. She found a buyer for my house in a timely manner and also recommended a good lawyer to handle the paperwork for me. My only regret is not going to her first to sell my house.
