I love my home alot and wouldn't be in it if it wasn't for Carmen Ray. For starters Carmen was very patient with me and the buying process, answering all my questions. We would view homes and Carmen would actually point our flaws and things that may need to be fixed. This made me as the buyer feel cared about and I knew Carmen had my best interest at heart not just a quick sale. Carmen was always available to show me homes and worked with my busy schedule nicely. Carmen also helped me with the bank and went completely above and beyond for me as bank didn't know what they were doing. I honestly cannot recommend Carmen enough. Our 203k loan process was long and tedious, however, having Carmen as our realtor made all the difference. From start to finish she was always available and willing to go the extra mile to try to make the process as smooth as possible. She was able to recommend an amazing loan officer, and various other professionals we would need to have renovations done on our house, and beyond that, she was consistently able to reassure us when things were moving slowly, and also knew when the ball needed a little nudge to get back on track. She’s an incredibly asset and just an easy to work with, conscientious person who will make your home-buying experience one you’ll be satisfied with.

Joanie did a great job finding us the perfect home! Initially we wanted to consider condos, and Joanie took us to see several, including one that had everything we were looking for. However, after looking at the perfect condo, we realized that we were not ready to downsize that much at this time. We told her what we were looking for in a house, and she set us up with a service that would email us the description. In less than a day we had the listing for the perfect ranch house. We got the listing on Friday, called her on Saturday, she got us scheduled to see it on Monday, we made our offer on Tuesday, and went to contract on Wednesday! Joanie was very helpful suggesting 3 names of organizations that helped with senior moves, and moving companies. We selected one company, and they were excellent. Joanie was very helpful and supportive; she brought us moving boxes and even offered to help us herself! We were so happy with her and her work that we listed with her the house we are selling. Our old house needed some work, and again she gave us recommendations that enabled us to find outstanding home inspectors and contractors. We recommend her highly!

Take this from someone who has been around real estate agents for roughly 20 years: Theo is an excellent agent. And, should I need to buy or sell another house in the future, I will be contacting Theo first.
