My wife and I met with Bob once to look at a few houses which tuned Bob into knowing exactly what we were looking for. Bob is a good listener and told us to be patient and he would find something and call us in about a 6 month time frame. In the meantime we continued looking at many houses on other lakes with other Realtors. The other agents showed us what they wanted to sell, not what we were looking to buy. Sure enough, Bob gave us a call as he promised when he found our place, and he hit the nail right on the head. He worked with us through the entire buying process communicating among all the parties involved, keeping the process on track.
