My wife and I can highly recommend Lindsay Hart without reservation. If we have a need for a realtor in the future, we will call Lindsay. Last June, we drove to the Finger Lakes region from out of state in search of some investment properties. We ended up purchasing two properties for short-term vacation rentals and a lake home for ourselves. Before the trip, we contacted several area realtors, and we selected Lindsay over the others based on her sales record, her knowledge of the market, and our interactions with her during a Zoom session. She listened to us and immediately focused on our needs. She was the only realtor who took concrete steps to help us even before our conversation ended. We had concerns that if we selected a realtor who was the head of a team, we would spend our time working with an associate instead of the person we had chosen. Lindsay assured us that she would be the one to work with us, and she was true to her word. We spent several days working with her during an intense two-week period. She was extremely professional and fun to work with. She continued to work in the evenings and early mornings in search of new listings to show us. Our experience with Lindsay was great.

Lindsay was very active and effective in listing and selling our small commercial property. She was usually responsive to inquiries and supportive during a variety of hiccups. The attorney she recommended to us did not turn out to be either responsive or active and seemed to create situations of delay or controversy with the buyers - but Lindsay was an excellent "diplomat" for us to move things forward. It was a pleasure to work with her.

Where others suggested a much lower price, you helped us find the market price -- as evidence, a house we saw as competition and originally listed for $75K higher, ended selling for essentially the same price we did, but took much longer. Our friends were amazed that we were under contract in 10 days. Your confidence and targeted, joyful marketing made the process efficient and (as much as is possible) stress free. You were there for us in the minor rough spots, and took us to a satisfactory finish line.
