Lindsay is personable and responsive. I am from the area but now located on the West Coast and she engaged in a search over a few years to find something that suited as a vacation / retirement spot. Lindsay would head out to some odd houses and send me videos complete with commentary that would have me chuckling and making a quick determination. Flexible, good sense of humor and smart.

Lindsay was awesome. She made us comfortable with the process and really listened for what we were looking for. Not only did she listen and help us find the property closest to perfect for us on the market, she found us our house while she was on vacation! This house was only on the market a few days before offers came in and honestly we probably wouldn't have even seen it if she hadn't sent it to us and then coordinated with a colleague to show it to us. She helped us navigate the offer and negotiations, and kept things in perspective the whole time. She was knowledgeable, easy to talk to and responsive through the entire process. We started the process of selling our house with another agency. After 5 months on the market with only a few showings we knew we needed to do something different to move our house. When we met with Lindsay it was obvious she loved her job and making her clients happy. We signed with Lindsay on a Wednesday and by Sunday there were 3 showing. We accepted an offer Monday. She worked with us the entire way. Lindsay stayed in contact right through the closing answering any questions we had and quickly.
