Kevin is an amazing realtor and I really feel blessed we were able to use him. We were relocating from GA to IN and the stress of moving somewhere we had never been with a large family was significant. While we did our best to review areas, we could never know what they offered or provided from schools to safety. Kevin was extremely helpful, took the time to listen to what we were looking for, what our preferences were, and spent the time needed to locate homes he felt we would be interested in. He didn't just take us places, he had a plan and hit the mark. We had to travel in to see houses and he was ready and prepared to assist. He hit the jackpot quickly but was on the mark as every home he showed us was exactly what we were interested in. His knowledge of the town, contractors to assist in getting a few things completed, and the complete support he provided made this a much easier process and one we would highly recommend. While he helped us find our forever home, I will surely use him again if we decide to sell or buy again. Cannot say enough positive things about our experience working with Kevin. My wife and I decided on new construction and Kevin was instrumental in every step to ensure things were completed timely and as specified. As you can imagine new construction can be an exhilarating and exasperating process. Kevin was there at each step to reassure and represent us when obstacles on construction occurred and celebrate at each phase of the building process. I would like to start with Todd is amazing. My fiance and I were first time home buyers and had literally no idea what we were doing. Todd sat down with us to help answer any questions we had, narrow down some ideas, and come up with a plan. There was a constant flow of communication which we really appreciated. Turns out we are very picky home buyers, which is a good thing as Todd was able to find houses that matched exactly what we were looking for. From all of our questions, visiting potential purchases, and finally finding our new home (which we love), Todd made everything easy, comfortable, and made us feel like he valued our time and individual needs.

Our family has used Dana for 3 house sales/purchases and she has done us been our advocate with great knowledge and recommendations every time. Dana is the most cometent and trustworthy real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure to have been associated with. She pulls no punches and tell you the truth wether you want to hear the truth or not. That is what a true professional real estate agent does for you. She is in your corner all the time but will not deceive you just for a sale. She always made me feel like I was her sole client and kept me informed on every person who showed interest in the house I had for sale in Irvington. I went through a number of agents before I landed Dana as my agent and it was well worth the wait. Dana actually got me more than what we listed my house for! If you have an opportunity to have Ms. Thompson as your agent, you will not regret your choice. She is by far and away the most professional and dedicated person you will ever have in your corner as far as the sale or purchase of your home.

Dana has been my Realtor on buying two homes and selling a 3rd. She demonstrates a very professional, knowledgeable, and yet friendly manner. She possess a wide range of real estate experience regarding getting your home ready for sale and a realistic knowledge of how to list it to facilitate drawing potential buyers to see it. In addition, she has many contacts for making repairs, staging, and other details that will help with selling your home. She also can help negotiate an offer to a seller that is reasonable, and avoid paying more than you should to purchase it. Ive' recommended Dana to many of my friend over the past 15 years.

Dana was amazing to work with! She picked up on exactly what we were looking for and didn't get frustrated with us when we would walk in and immediately hate the floor plan and wouldn't want to look at anything else, just move on to the next house. We were first time home buyers from out of state, so she stacked us up with tons of options and houses in our price point, she didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want or push us into anything. She answered all questions without making us feel silly. If we ever sell or look into buying again, we will seek out Dana without a doubt.
