Martin did a fantastic job for me! He is very experienced and thorough. He made sure I was informed on all aspects of the process of selling, as it is fairly daunting. He keeps a keen eye on the market. He gave advice and guidance, and made suggestions to increase curb appeal and/or make minor upgrades, but was never pushy. He suggested a price range for my house based on its condition and my neighborhood, and he absolutely nailed it! We settled on a list price I was comfortable with and I received an offer $6000 over it within a week! He was extremely easy to work with and I would HIGHLY recommend Martin Carpenter!

Martin was very responsive from the beginning of the sale to the end. He is a wealth of knowledge and could answer every question we had or point us in the right direction. He explained every step in detail. His peaceful demeanor and straight forward answers prevented us from getting overwhelmed while buying a home. I appreciate the years of experience he brought.
