Lee did a super job moving a tough property for us. The house had deteriorated and was being sold “as is.” With Lee’s connections and advise, we were able to get much more than expected. Lee was a pleasure to work with and kept the project moving all the time. She communicated frequently so we knew what was going on constantly.

I highly recommend using Nick. He was so helpful and patient in helping me to find my new home. He would always look for the things on my wishlist and let me know ages of things like the roof and furnace, etc, so I'd know what costs I might be looking at in the near future. If it was important to me, it was important to Nick. Nick is spot on for how much an offer needs to be. Great experience.

What can I say about Nick? Can I say he knows what he is talking about? Can I say he works to find you what you want and some things you didn’t know you wanted? Can I say he is upfront and honest? Can I say he will tell you if the property is worth your money and time? Emphatically I can say YES to all of the above. The guy knows what he is doing and talking about. Hands down will always get a referral from me. I was nervous anxiety ridden about buying a house on my own. Nick professionally told me to chill out. Walked me through everything. Stated no question was too dumb or unwarranted. The guy is definitely the go to guy to buy a house. I don't think we could have found a better realtor than Sandy Blonsky. From our initial meeting she listened to our concerns and was able to formulate a plan going forward. She was able to she sell our house in 5 days, and was very helpful to us before and after the closing.

Rose was wonderful! My wife and I had some tricky and unconventional situations to deal with while doing our house search, and she helped us navigate them. We were living in a different state while house-hunting and it was hard for us to view houses in person.
