Nick is attentive and always responds promptly. I appreciated his willingness to travel a significant distance out of his area to represent me on the purchase of my condo. On the sale of my home, Nick sat and listened to my goals and strategized with me, then gave me advice on the listing price. He marketed my home so well - the photos and video were amazing, and my house sold in less than a week at well over the list price.
