Amie is amazing. Her knowledge of the lakes and the local real estate market is incredible. Amie can find you the house you want without a doubt. But thats's just half of the story. For us, finding the house was the easy part, closing the deal was far more difficult. Amie was with us every step of the way, never wavering, always on the job and facilitating communication between all of the (too many) involved parties over the course of 8 weeks. I don't think the deal would have gotten done without her. I cannot recommend her enough.

The thought of trying to sell a cottage on a lake in December is questionable. Jason assured us that if the interest isn't there, then we would take it off the market and list it again in the spring. Martin did a fantastic job for me! He is very experienced and thorough. He made sure I was informed on all aspects of the process of selling, as it is fairly daunting. He keeps a keen eye on the market. He gave advice and guidance, and made suggestions to increase curb appeal and/or make minor upgrades, but was never pushy. He suggested a price range for my house based on its condition and my neighborhood, and he absolutely nailed it! We settled on a list price I was comfortable with and I received an offer $6000 over it within a week! He was extremely easy to work with and I would HIGHLY recommend Martin Carpenter!

Cindy is a fabulous real estate agent in all ways! I have used her as my agent for many transactions because she is very knowledgeable, hard working, and attentive. She has always answered every question I had and when she didn't know, or needed information from someone else, she obtained it.
