With the passing of my mother I became responsible for selling her home and the prospect of trying to do this from out of state seemed daunting. Tina came to the rescue, not only with the sale of the house, but with a multitude of connections and assistance in prepping the house for sale and dealing with the contents from afar. Thank you so much for the wonderful job you and your company has done for us. It was by far the fastest and easiest way to to sell our house. We left one week to sign papers for our new home in the South during which time Tina was busy advertising and showing our home in New York. The day we returned , an offer was written up that evening and agreed upon that same evening. It was smooth and professionaly handled. Our worries were no longer worries. She was very attentive to our wants and need and any of our questions we had. Tina Covey is number one in our book!
