Although much of my business has been built on working with Buyers, specifically First Time Buyers and Relocation Buyers, this ever changing market has also had me working more and more with Sellers. I truly enjoy what I do and I never lose sight of the fact that at the end of the day, I am impacting a person's life and where they are going to live for years to come. Possibly the house they raise their children in, maybe the one they retire in or even selling their childhood home. This is a unique job with various challenges, but I enjoy the diversity of every client.
I have been acknowledged by RE/MAX with various awards such as the 100% Club and the Executive Club over the past 8+ years and have been listed as a "Who's Who in Residential Real Estate" by Buffalo Business First.
My primary areas are in the Northtowns, such as Amherst, Clarence, Tonawanda (City and Town), North Tonawanda, Kenmore, Lancaster and Depew.

Erin was absolutely wonderful to work with from beginning to end. She is the consummate professional. She was invariably cheerful and helpful, and always responded to any queries very quickly. Because we live 2 hours away, we were sometimes unable to drive to Tonawanda, but it was never a problem. Erin always went above and beyond, and made what could have been a very onerous process seem simple. I would highly recommend Erin, and in fact, already have.
