Kathy worked with us on the purchase of our first home. Our situation was a little different. We didn't go about it in a traditional way by going directly to a bank for a loan. We went through a program called NACA. This process was was new to Kathy, but her patience in working with them made it a seamless process. I was confident that she was able to work with them in getting what we needed done. She wasn't afraid to do what she needed to do to comply with NACA's standards. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is in the market for buying or selling.
