My true passions in life are Business and Commercial Real Estate. 32 years of experience in these areas have given me a real world perspective and provide a foundation of knowledge and experience. My focus is on redevelopment projects and site selection. I know and embrace the challenges of the process and apply creative and effective solutions to overcome obstacles. I am the Chair of Grand Island's Economic Development Board and a voting member of Long Range Planning.
