Mark was very accommodating while we were looking for a house for my parents that were moving back home from Florida. We had to have special accommodations because of my mother’s health so it was hard to find the right house. Also they were still in Florida while we were looking so that made it harder than normal with pictures, emails and all the work that had to be done. Great guy and knows his stuff!

I am a real client of Jodi Waters and these are my own words. To me, Jodi is less of a Sales Associate and more like a superhero. She was an answered prayer. I had accepted a position out of the area and needed to sell my house yesterday. When she came to my house with the sales contract, she said "it will not be a problem at all to sell this house". To make a long story short, we had a sales contract signed in less than 60 days and I got the price that I wanted. Not only is Jodi friendly and courteous, she is also tenacious and always on top of everything. This was the first house that I sold and I had no idea of how much work the sellers' agent does. I actually felt guilty at closing wishing my house sold for more because I thought she deserved more money for all she had done.

I couldn't recommend anyone more. If I ever move back to the Albany area and looking for a house, she would be my first call. If I ever look for a house anywhere else, I would call her anyway. If you put your confidence in her for your real estate transaction, it will be well placed.
