He was also extremely helpful when we went to see potential houses when looking at the structure and craftsmanship, and if there were areas that would need to be fixed. Ashley is the best. She listens to you, provides feedback and she doesn't waste your time. We walked up to one house that looked great on a listing. The center of the roof had at least a 3 inch sang in the middle and the wall damage on the outside of the house had a fresh coat of paint. We got out of our cars, exchanged one or 2 comments and Ashley suggested we leave and move on to the next appointment. Since purchasing our new home she has provided names of contractors and other professionals and we are using them. She is a caring individual. I don't know if I have time in my life for another home but if so, Ashley will be my recommended Realtor.
