Deirdre Coyle has sold two houses for me in the last 3 months. From start to finish she was an attentive and competent realtor. Her communication skills were top notch,. Deidre answered all of my texts, emails, and calls in a very timely way. One property she sold without listing and the other she marketed quickly and effectively. She was enthusiastic but also focused, giving good advice on what I needed to fix up in order to maybe get a higher price, which I did on the listed property.
Overall Deirdre Coyle is an excellent realtor who loves her job and I will definitely have her sell my next home!

The decision to sell a house that has been full of memories and great tines is not easy. Add to that the process of pricing, listing, waiting, for offers, the offer, the inspection, and finally the closing is emotionally draining.
