Kurt did a great job. He was very "on-the spot", and eager to keep us up-dated regarding developments. He was never in a hurry and always willing to chat. His analyses of the real estate market were easy to understand, and turned out to be accurate.

Kurt is a man beyond others. He is your three A realtor; affable, available and able. Moving over 20 times as a child and adolescent, no agent ever approached his knowledge, affability or helpfulness. He is the low key, pleasant alternative to hype and superficial glitz. Kurt wears well over time. You will never feel crowded or pushed. He is a Rochester native and knows the town intimately. He was very helpful in making offers with an escalation clause-a nerve wracking experience for the buyer. Similarly, he was invaluable in preparing our house for sale. He even introduced us to contractors to prepare our home for sale and spruce up our new dwelling.

In a nutshell… Kurt was an angel in disguise. I found him on Google and called on a late afternoon expecting to leave a voicemail but he picked up the phone and he listened diligently my dilemma. The very next day he came to my home and we discussed my options. He guided me and ultimately helped me buy my home and sell my home in an unusual situation. I recommend Kurt to anyone looking to buy/sell a home … you will receive a compassionate professional which is hard to find in these times.

We have been lucky enough to work with Kurt twice! Buying and selling a home in 2012! And then our most recent home search which began in May of 2020 in the middle of the pandemic! Kurt was essential in navigating the real estate market during those trying times. Although it was a difficult search due to inventory issues and record breaking pricing he was with us every step of way. His advice and guidance was paramount in deciding how much was too much to pay. Although it took many months and many unsuccessful offers (cash is king in the market) he preserved and made sure we had the right mortgage broker to be as competitive as possible in this market. Our successful offer finally came after year of searching! He successfully sold our home in less than a week! Our house purchase had many bumps in the road with difficult sellers and he held our hand through the drama and was certain it would all work out in the end, but he answered all my calls and questions effectively. The day we closed was one of the happiest of my life. We have now been in our dream home for almost a year and I am so thankful that he helped us reach this goal! This is our forever home! Having been unsuccessful with 2 other realtors over a 2 year period to sell our home, we asked Kurt for some help. He was straight forward, honest in his assessment, and had a plan to market the home.
