I used Athina when I bought my house and knew I had to have her sell it for me when I was ready to move.
She is friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable, and goes well above and beyond the role of just an agent. She is more like a good friend helping you buy/sell your home. I would not hesitate to use her again in the future or recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. I wish I could give her 10 stars!

I was equipped with a realtor app that gave me property listings and availability. She has extended knowledge of home remodeling sewer systems and any other questions you might have as I did. Athina (and Ryan) were INCREDIBLE! They made our house buying experience such an awesome one. During these crazy times, they answered all our questions, were quick with responses, patient with us in viewing home, and most importantly kept us and the sellers safe while viewing homes using the guidelines set by the areas governing bodies. This was our first home buying adventure and I can say without any doubt, it was a perfect one. We found and purchases a dream home for us in the area we wanted. Athina educated us on the process, what to look for, and kept our spirits high even during the frustrating moments. I would (and have already) recommended Athina and Ryan their team to friends in the area.

Athina was amazing throughout the entire home buying process. From searching for houses, to recommending houses, and coordinating walkthroughs to fit with my schedule; she was able to accommodate and do it all! After several months of a tough market, she kept working hard and doing the best she could to find me a house. When I did get an offer accepted, she continued to help by coordinating and helping with everything I needed to do. I had to do very little work because of everything she did! I would 100% recommend Athina for any real estate needs, as she works hard to get the job done!

We first met Athina when we wanted to sell our first house. As soon as we met her we fell in love with her. She was so personable, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. Right away we knew we wanted to work with her. She sold our house in 3 weeks. The new home we then purchased was "by owner" . They wanted nothing to do with an agent but Athina was there to help us in any way she could through the process. Through the whole process Athina went above and beyond for us. We could contact her any time. Ask her anything and she always told us the truth. We love her personality and how we can joke with her. She became our friend. So when it was time to sell again we didnt want anybody but Athina Howe! This time she got the job done in a week!!! And found us our "forever" house. Again she was there with us through everything. We just love working with her. Sad it's over but glad we have our home!
