My wife and I were very satisfied with the work Courtney did selling our home in Rochester. She gave us pointers on presenting the house to buyers and hired a photographer who took beautiful pictures of the home, then she created a web page/advertisement that led to numerous appointments and multiple interested buyers, and we were totally happy with the final sale price and outcome. It was the first house I've ever sold, and Courtney walked me through all of the various steps in a thorough and easily understandable way. She is very friendly, diligent, and easy to communicate with — really just a pleasure to work with.
