Over the past 45 years that I have known Jim Gaze, I have always been very impressed as well as extremely pleased with, his resourcefulness, knowledge and expertise in the real estate business. He has not only sold homes for me in past years, but homes for friends and relatives that I have recommended him to, and they also, have been very pleased with his expertise and efficiency. Jim did a very good job of inspecting our house and doing an evaluation of houses on the market in our listing range. We were able to list at a competitive price and our home sold within 2 weeks of listing.

Jim then was able to show us a houses in our price range and the area where we wanted to live within a few days of selling.
