Ok, selling your family’s home can be difficult.
There is a lot to think about and slot of emotions. Lise makes you feel comfortable. She takes her time, she always answers your call or gets back to you very quickly, every day of the week.
As crazy as it sounds she won’t push to get the absolute most money, she works hard to get the best and safest deal so there is little to disrupt the sale. This is of course on your approval. She is extremely knowledgeable and it shows in her professionalism and attention to the little things..those things we don’t think of but she does without thinking.

I don't even know where to begin. Lisa was above our expectation of what a realtor should be. She truly found our perfect home. I wasn't looking into this area for a home and she called and said lets go check it out, I think this would be a perfect home for your family. She was right its now our home and we couldn't be happier. We searched for quite some time and each time we begin to see with Lisa it wasn't about the amount we spent it was about what was affordable for us to live comfortably and still get the home we wanted. It is my pleasure to recomment Lisa Matthews as a real estate agent. Upon the untimely death of a loved one, I had the task of handling the executor duties of that loved ones estate. On top of that, we were in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic. Lisa helped me to identify and get the residence I was selling, in good working order and to optimize selling points of this residence. She was very knowledgable with the many requirements/ improvements I'd need to make throughout the residence I was selling, to get the best offer from perspective buyers. Once I was able to get all of Lisa's recommendations for the property completed, she was able to list the residence and we had several offers by the end of that week. In the end, thanks to Lisa's knowledge and efforts, we were able to sell the residence at a 14% greater price over the original asking offer.

Lisa operated on a highly professional manner. She would answer all questions asked and most importantly she was able to sell my home within one week. She came to the first meeting prepared to do business with all necessary documents to sign and to begin the selling process. I would recommend to anyone who is selling or buying a home.
When asked if I would be purchasing a home in the near future, she made the comment that she would ensure that the home would be inspected by a reliable person and would ensure the home would be up to par for purchasing. Lisa was very helpful, honest, professional, and patient with me as we went through the home buying process. She was very knowledgeable and thorough about important things, such as crawling into small spaces to check the visible condition of the roof, pointing out the age of water heater or furnace, and other possible red flags before we even got to the home inspection part of the deal. My unique situation left us with not a lot of time to look at houses and she was always available to meet me to do a showing. I was recommended from a friend and from my bank to use her and I'm so glad I did!
