Mary Beth Place is such a terrific relator. She assist us for over a year and prior to that assist my elderly mother for another year and both efforts resulted us in both buying our forever homes. I have worked with a few realtors over my time. Mary Beth is superior in her position. Very diligent in finding the right house for us. It seemed as though she worked every hour of the day and left no details out. She is very easy going and professional. We had a need to get into a house within a 30 day window and Mary Beth was there every step of the way to be sure we had everything we need and everything she could provide to make this happen. Mary Beth was an absolute wonder to work with, helping us every step of the way from understanding the legal hoops of buying a house, to getting us into any house we wanted to see, even as our search stretched into months and 60 houses later! We were probably unreasonably picky in our search for a home, but she was patient and understanding of each new detail or checkbox we came up with to our list of desires for our perfect home. On top of all that, she was always very quick to respond to our communications of questions we had, or requests for a showing for listings that had appeared just moments earlier. If I could go above 5 stars I would absolutely have done so.
