When looking for a realtor, I wanted someone who I felt comfortable with, who I felt would be honest, fair, ethical and that I could trust to have my best interest in mind. Rick checked all of the boxes. He is polite, professional, ethical, and he was very responsive and took immediate action when needed. With this market, it is difficult to find a house, having to sometimes put in offers on multiple houses, when losing at one. He was immediately available to write offers and leaves you feeling like you are the only person he's working with and has all the time in the world, and we know that's not the case in this market! As a first time house buyer, the journey and experience of going through the progress can't get any smoother especially these covid times. I have heard horror stories with real estate and I have yet to experience any with Richard. Richard was able to answer all of my question and give pointers on what to do each step along the way. Overall, I can't be anymore satisfied with Richard after being recommended to him by a friend.

Bottom line, Rick is as good as it gets. He makes it his goal to provide you with service above your wildest expectations and succeeds from start to finish. He will pick up every call, answer every question and put you in a position to enjoy the home buying / selling process. Our journey was months long and Rick never made us feel pressure or urgency but stayed in touch mostly to see how we were doing. He kept us aware of everything going on in the neighborhoods we were looking in and what to expect when making an offer.

He also knows the business like the back of his hand and can navigate any situation with you like delayed negotiations, banking, insurance, home repairs or improvements, lawyers, and thoroughly checking every box when you’re ready to make that life changing offer.

We knew my house on Lake Ontario was going to be a tough sell right from the beginning. First, it was trying to sell a home during a pandemic. Rick knew all the rules and kept up on how they were changing. The house also needed some work which I did not want to undertake. Rick knew this, but was wiling to take on this challenge. He used all his experience in selling lake homes to get this job done.

He guided us through all the ups and downs, pointed out things we could do and what things made sense to do, and what things might not matter. He knew the timelines on how all the important issues and this all came together to get this house sold.

We never could have done this without his expertise. Rick did a great job and I would recommend him for any home sale, especially if it is lake front property.

Metrics matter in today's market – and Rick had the experience and data to back up listing my first home with him.

I'll admit I met with several agents before contacting Rick, but wasn't impressed with their lack of detail provided. I work in marketing and analytics, so I'm very particular on what I want to see and who I chose to do business with. Based on recommendation from a friend and then Rick's direct mail, I ended up reaching out to him – all good things are worth the wait, such as finding the right real estate agent!

The aha-moment was when meeting Rick and he had a solid data-driven personalized packet of comps and market research for my house, all printed out for me. He was friendly and able to make sure I understood the full process as a first time home seller, and of course raw a good return on my investment (ROI).

The personalized approach and attention to detail is what sets Rick above the rest of real estate agents!
