Rose was wonderful to work with when selling our home. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. At our initial meeting it was apparent that she had spent considerable time and effort to understand our neighborhood and property to form her recommendations. We listed our home with her, then left the country for a two week planned trip. She checked on the house regularly and even watered our plants. When multiple people showed interest on a holiday weekend, she spent most of her weekend helping us get the best deal possible.

Rose was amazing. Due to a late job offer and a quick turn around, she managed to get us a closing in 30 days, probably the fastest it could have possibly happened. When we couldn't get to Rochester (from IL) to see houses in person she took us through numerous properties virtually. She very quickly learned what was important to us and helped us find the perfect home! She was always quick to respond to emails and texts and really helped make the process easy.

I hardly know where to start . Rose made every step of this journey a wonderful experience . My husband and I were not really in the market to buy or sell but we found a property that was perfect for some of our special need . Rose was so supportive and encouraging on both the buying and the selling end . She worked tirelessly for us so that all the complicated pieces came together in perfect harmony.
