When hiring Sandy she gave us all the recommendations that we needed to make on selling our house to look professional. She also hired a professional photographer. We have 2 cats where she made a poster for when we had to close them up in a room showing pictures of the cats and what the room looks like so no one would let them out. That was really nice of her.The house was only up for 7 days before it was sold. Wow that was quick.

Having never sold a home before I wasn't sure what to expect. Sandy explained how the whole process would go and it went as she said it would. She was there to answer any questions and give some helpful hints. I was given ample notice for the showings of the house. Having been in the house for 57 years it was an emotional time that Sandy made less stressful.

We got a fair price especially in this market and the recommendations for lawyers and outside companies was very helpful. It was our first time selling and she clearly explained the whole process and answered all the questions we had along the way. We didn’t think we were buying a house this year, but when we saw what would become our future home, and we met Sandy sitting on the porch, everything fell into place. Sandy helped us through the buying process—in what is a complicated market to say the least. When it came time to put our home on the market, we knew Sandy had the experience and knowledge to help us price our home, stage our home, and eventually select the right offer from the multiple ones (!) she delivered to us. She knew this was an emotional journey for our family, and with care and compassion she guided us through. Now that the dust has settled and (most of) the boxes are unpacked, I know I can still call Sandy with any questions about the house, the town, the schools, and life in the country.
