Stephanie was amazing! From start to finish she went above and beyond to help us find and purchase a home. There were many obstacles from us being 3 time zones away in Las Vegas to getting our house sold in Las Vegas and closing in time to close on time on the in Brockport. Stephanie was patient, supportive, very knowledgeable, and was available anytime I needed her. She was an excellent liaison between my realtor in Las Vegas, the lawyer and the seller’s ‘ realtor working thru changing dates and deadlines. Where do we even begin. My fiancé and I were first time homebuyers and neither of us are natives to the Rochester area making purchasing our first home a daunting task. Stephanie was not only responsive but actively advocating for us. She was constantly checking in with us and keeping us informed about houses. She easily worked around our hectic schedules and once we liked a house she was a wealth of knowledge on finding comparative homes and negotiating/contract tactics. Even since closing she’s been constantly helping us with things such a finding people for repairs or upgrades and genuinely feels like she’s part of our Rochester family now. I worked with Stephanie over a several month period to find a new home during one of the most difficult housing times. I was outbid on several occasions and she remained upbeat and available whenever I needed her. She also provided guidance if she felt a housing price was over what I should pay. Based on my experience she is also working with my partner on the purchase of a new home and selling our existing home.

Wow, where do I start? Our house was up for about a week before it was sold, that's another Wow. We got a little more than we asked for when it sold. Wow again! We decided to build a house, Stephanie then was able to hook us up with a development to have our new house built. She is a very caring person and loves what she dose to be able to assist home owner to there next step in life. The most impressive moment is when Stephanie cared enough to be at out ground breaking on the new house. Stephanie is great. She cares about her clients and is there every step of the way. Our home had issues. Needed a new furnace, and was broken into and all the copper plumbing cut out of the house. Hence that held up our closing date. We had to be out of our apartment by the end of the month. We were getting nervous. Our family was coming from out of town to help us move on a specific weekend that they were available and we hadn't closed yet. Stephanie was great and very patient with us and our anxiety and assured me we would be moving in on the weekend needed. And we did! She worked to make sure everyone, lawyers, bank, realtors of both sides were all on the same page. You won't be sorry if you choose her as your realtor! We love our new home.
