My wife and I have been through the real estate sell/buy process nearly 2 dozen times and have worked with different realtors on each occasion because we never felt they they added much value to the process. Working with Toni Ganguzza was a much different experience. We always felt Toni was in our court. Toni was fantastic. She helped my boyfriend and I find our first and hopefully our forever home. She was extremely responsive to any questions we had. At showings she was always helpful but never pushy. She made the whole home buying experience (especially in such a crazy market) a very great experience. While I personally hope to never have to move again I will highly recommend her to anyone I know who is looking to buy or sell a home.

Toni was assigned randomly to us several months ago as we attempted to walk-through a Park Ave listing. She got us into the last showing before it went out for bid. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and easily accessible. While we only worked for a short time together, it was a pleasure working with her.

Toni was phenomenal -- she began as a great listener to what our needs were for our daughter. She then began her magic, steadfastly looking for places that met these needs in our preferred locations. As we expanded our preferred locations, she quickly expanded our options -- she was patient with us always!!

Toni was very flexible with our schedules and would meet us at various locations across Rochester at lunchtime, early evenings, on Saturdays and Sundays and would do so at the last minute sometimes.

Whenever we got discouraged -- she was encouraging; whenever we got inpatient with the process, she was patient with us! She was always pleasant, humorous and kind.

We felt blessed to have her as our agent and although we have no moves in our near future -- we would always work with her again and absolutely refer her to others!

We can't thank her enough!!!

Toni was great- we’ve already recommended her to my sister! This was our first time buying a home. Toni’s expertise and guidance was extremely helpful, so much so that our first offer was accepted!! She helped us throughout the home buying process and her advice on the negotiations helped get us additional concessions from the seller. We encountered one hitch coming from the seller’s team, but Toni went above and beyond in helping to get it resolved. She was very responsive at all hours whenever we had questions or concerns, and never made us feel like we were bothering her. We definitely felt like Toni was our ally throughout the entire process. Toni, was amazing - out of all the realtors I communicated initially she really wanted to listen to me and respect my thoughts. Other realtors were very pushy and telling me what I would want in a house, and not respecting me when I stated to stop texting me at all hours of the night. Toni was really refreshing to work with, she was on it too! she would let my wife and I know she had setup viewings, and go into viewings with good turn around. IN the putting offers, she was very helpful for first time home buyers, who were interested in mutli-family, other properties. She is a strong advocator for sure too, knows the way of the land and how things are run. She also knows a lot of other referrals for homebuilding once you acquire an buy. I am referring her to everyone I know, and will use her again when we move up the housing ladder. I will miss working with her!

Toni (antoinette) was a true pleasure to work with. She got us in places right away. Ran comps. offered great advice. Was supportive of us and our 10 month process as we looked for just the right house. She didn't give up on us or make us feel pressured. She truly wanted us to find the right home and she succeeded. We dealt with some huge frustrations along the journey and Toni had our back. She understood the emotional process and supported us and gave us space when needed. She was patient when we needed and ready to go at the request. We have worked with several relators and interacted with many more and can say in all honesty she is one of the few good ones out there that actually wants what's best for her clients, not just what's best for her commission. She was truly on top of communications and we are so greatful!
